Things To Keep In Mind

Never share your Card Number, CVV, Card Expiry Date, ATM PIN or any OTP with anyone even if they cite urgent reasons like card getting expired, Paytm Payments Bank never asks for such details.

Always enter your 4-Digit ATM PIN yourself and while doing so, use your other hand to hide the PIN.

Do not write down your 4-digit ATM PIN anywhere including the card itself. Memorize it instead.

Never let your debit card out of sight at any time while making a purchase.

Set a unique 4-Digit ATM pin once you ‘Activate ATM Card’. Keep your ATM PIN known to yourself alone Do not disclose your ATM PIN to anyone and change it at regular intervals.

If you find anything unusual with the ATM (e.g. the keypad or the card reader slot appears too thick or looks added-on), cancel the transaction and step out of the ATM.

Register for SMS alerts and keep an eye on your debit card transactions.

If your card gets stuck in the ATM, or if cash is not dispensed, call us immediately.

Beware of 'too good to be true' deals seeking.

In case your Debit card is lost, stolen or tampered with, BLOCK IT immediately by clicking on 'Bank icon' -> ‘Digital Debit Card’ -> 'Block Card'. Following this, kindly raise a request with us to have your card blocked permanently.
