“The BCSBI Code of Commitment (“Code”) is a voluntary Code, which sets minimum standards of banking practices for banks to follow when they are dealing with individual customers. Please note that we being a payments bank undertake only certain restricted activities that are permitted to banks under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The Code shall apply in a limited sense only to the extent to the banking products and/or services being offered by us. In the event of any conflict or difference between the English version of the Code and the translated versions of the Code in the various regional languages, the English version shall prevail.”
