On this day, customers may walk in without prior appointment to share their grievances, feedback, or suggestions directly with a designated senior officer.

Date: 15th of every month
(If the 15th falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, the next working day will be observed as Grievance Redressal Day)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
