A: SSFB will not be operational during this timeframe. Hence, funds kept in your associated partner bank account will be unavailable for use. However, you can still use your PPBL account balance for your banking needs. You can hold up to INR 2,00,000 in your account during this timeframe and use this amount as per usual modus operandi.Q: When will I be able to use my associated partner bank balance?
A: We assure you that the balance kept in the associated partner bank account is safe. You can continue to use those funds as soon as the maintenance activity is complete.Q: How will Savings Accounts and Individual Current Accounts be impacted?
A: There is no impact on your savings accounts as well as your individual current accounts. They will continue to function as expected. This impact is only limited to corporate and proprietor current accounts.Q: Where can I see the associated partner bank balance of my corporate current account?
A: You can see your partner bank balance in the homepage of your net banking panel.Q: Will I be able to deposit more than 2 lakhs in my PPBL current account during this timeframe?
A: No. During the maintenance timeframe, you will not be able to hold more than 2 lakhs in your PPBL current account at any point in time.Q: Will I be able to withdraw or transfer more than 2 lakhs in my PPBL current account during this timeframe?
A: No. During the maintenance timeframe, you will only be able to use your PPBL account balance. Hence, you can transfer or withdraw up to INR 2,00,000 or the funds in your PPBL current account, whichever is lesser.Q: Will I be able to bring money from the associated partner bank account to my PPBL current account?
A: No. During the maintenance timeframe, you will not be able to operate on the money kept in your associated partner bank account.Q: I do not see a partner bank account balance associated with my PPBL current account in net-banking panel. How will my account be impacted?
A: You can continue to use any balance in your PPBL current account. However, you will only be allowed to hold up to INR 2,00,000 during this timeframe. You will also be able to withdraw any balance present in your PPBL current account.
