How to Reset Your Paytm Payments Bank Passcode?

What is Paytm Payments Bank Passcode?

A passcode is a 4-digit numeric code which acts as an additional security check to authenticate access to your Paytm bank account details and transaction. This is to ensure a higher level of security for your bank account details and transaction history.

How Does One Change the Passcode?

You can change your passcode by following steps below:

    • Click on the menu on top left corner in your paytm app and then click on your name to open “Profile’ section
    • Scroll down and select the option “Change Passcode”
    • Enter your current passcode
    • Now enter the new 4-digit new passcode
  • Re-enter the same passcode

Your passcode will be changed successfully.

If you do not know your current passcode then follow steps below:

    • Click on the menu on top left corner in your paytm app and then click on your name to open “Profile” section
    • Scroll down and select the option “Change Passcode”
    • Select the option “Forgot Passcode?”
    • Enter the first four digits of your Aadhaar number. If you have not shared your Aadhaar number, then enter your Paytm Password
    • Enter your new 4-digit numeric passcode
  • Re-enter the same passcode.

Your passcode will be changed successfully.
