My PDC (physical debit card) delivery is late – how do I check on it?

The Payments Bank Debit & ATM card is usually delivered within 2 weeks. You could track the delivery through your Paytm App on the track status page. In case of any delay please do raise it to us here.

You can withdraw cash freely from any ATM across India, 24x7x365 days where you get 5 free transactions in a month in non-metro cities, 3 free transactions in Metro cities. There is a daily limit of Rs 25,000 on cash withdrawal from an ATM.

For easy reference, please check your omnipresent passbook on your Paytm App. Our users also receive their savings bank account statement automatically in the second week of every month on their registered email id.
